Matthew James & Co. 3 Year Limited Warranty

This warranty is offered to the original purchaser of the cabinets. Your custom designed cabinets built by Matthew James & Company LLC are guaranteed against defects of material and workmanship for 3 years after receipt of your cabinets. Door hinges and drawer slides are warrantied to the original purchaser of the cabinetry and at the original site of installation only. Our warranty does not cover any defects or malfunctions not caused by Matthew James & Company: including problems that arise due to improper storage or improper installation. Please note: wood is a natural material and is susceptible to extreme changes in temperature and high levels of humidity. Your cabinets will naturally expand and contract, and may warp, if stored in an uncontrolled environment. Matthew James & Company is not responsible for changes or damage to your cabinets caused by the above-mentioned circumstances.

The cabinet’s finish is also guaranteed for 3 years against defects of material and workmanship. Please note: You are ONLY to use mild detergents or water-based cleaners on the surfaces of your cabinets. DO NOT use oil-based or abrasive cleaners or degreasers as these will damage the finish of your cabinets and void this warranty.
